Four steps to a plan

  1. 1Brand and objectiveYour brand, the product or promotion and what the activation is for.
  2. 2PointsYour store, a supermarket, a mall, a fair, a plaza or a loudspeaker route.
  3. 3Dates and shiftsShifts between 7 am and 7 pm, with Sundays and holidays marked.
  4. 4Team, materials, sendWhat each shift does, the materials and who supplies them; then send the plan.

A plan asks for a quote and availability. It is never a booking.

Rates are estimates. VIICIO replies with the quote and the availability; sending a plan only asks for them.

Questions, answered

What happens when I send the plan?

It asks VIICIO for a quote and availability. VIICIO replies with both; the activation is agreed with VIICIO after that.

Are printing and samples included?

No. Printing, materials, product samples, venue fees and permits are quoted apart or are yours.

Do I need a permit for public space or a loudspeaker route?

The app does not decide that. Record who handles it, or ask VIICIO for guidance.

Why was a coordinator added?

When three or more people work at one point at the same time, or two or more points run on the same day, a field coordinator covers that day.

Why do Sundays and holidays cost more?

Staff hours on Sundays and Colombian holidays carry a surcharge. Loudspeaker routes are not planned on those days.
