Calendar
Calendar and lead times
Shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Sundays and holidays marked, and the business days to send a plan ahead. The lead time is a guide: VIICIO decides.
Shift hours
In 30-minute steps, up to 8 hours per shift.
Break
A shift over 6 hours includes a 30-minute break and is billed as the full shift.
Shifts per point a day
Up to 4 shifts at one point on one date, without overlaps.
Dates per plan
Up to 14 dates and 6 points, within the next year.
Sundays and holidays
On staff: in-store promotion, sampling, flyer handing, host with a microphone, field coordinator. Sound, stand, photo and video keep their rate.
Routes on those days
Loudspeaker routes are not planned on Sundays or Colombian holidays.
Business days ahead
Counted from today to the first date of the plan, Monday to Friday, without Colombian holidays. A shorter time is a reminder, not a refusal: VIICIO decides.
| Your plan has | About |
|---|---|
| Private points only (own store, supermarket, shopping centre, fair) | 5 business days |
| A stand | 7 business days |
| Public space or a loudspeaker route | 10 business days |
| Design pieces | +3 business days |
Example: a plan with a stand and design pieces needs about 7 + 3 = 10 business days.
Colombian holidays
The holidays in the planner. Sundays are marked the same way. The rainy months are March, April, May, September, October, November.
