How to plan

Four parts, one estimate and a request you send from your own email app. VIICIO replies with the quote and the availability.

Brand

The brand, what is promoted, the objective and the statements.

Up to 6 points with their type and status.

Dates and shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, with what each one does.

Materials

Plan items, materials, who supplies them and the spot.

To complete before sending

  • Your brand, what is promoted and the objective
  • The statement that it is not a restricted category
  • At least one point, each with a name
  • The comunas of a loudspeaker route
  • The authorisation or permission status at private venues and in public space
  • A shift at every point, after today and within a year
  • What each shift does, with no overlapping shifts at one point
  • Sound for a host, unless the venue has its own
  • Photo coverage on a shift with a recap video
  • Your statement about the product for sampling
  • Whether the public may appear in photos and videos
  • Loudspeaker routes inside 09:00–12:00 or 14:00–18:00, not on Sundays or holidays
  • A spot of up to 75 words
  • Your name, and a valid phone or email when you give one

Reminders

You can still send the plan; they are listed in it as open items.

  • An authorisation that is still open
  • An outdoor point in a rainy month without a stand or a rain date
  • Quantities of flyers or samples above what the people and hours can hand out
  • Fewer business days than the lead time needs: VIICIO decides

VIICIO replies with the quote and the availability.

The plan is a request. The estimate uses the reference rates in COP before IVA; printing, materials, samples, venue fees and permits are not in it. In the app you can mark a plan as sent by you and note VIICIO’s reply.
