Terms

Terms of use

How the planner works and what a plan you send means.

  1. 1 What the planner is

The planner on this website and the VIICIO Company Activation Plan app help you describe an activation in Ibagué: points, dates and shifts, services, materials and your details.

  2. 2 Estimates

Every figure is an estimate in Colombian pesos before IVA, from the reference rates of catalog 2026.10.08.cop-v1. Estimated values in Colombian pesos before IVA. Printing, materials, samples, venue fees and permits are not included. VIICIO replies with the quote and availability.

  3. 3 A request, not a booking

Sending a plan asks VIICIO Company for a quote and availability. Request for a quote and availability: this is not a booking or a confirmed order. Nothing is held for you until VIICIO Company replies and you agree on the terms directly.

  4. 4 Lead times and availability

The planner shows the business days to the first date and the lead time it suggests. It is a guide; VIICIO decides whether the dates work.

  5. 5 Permits and authorisations

You record the authorisation or permission status of each point. The planner never says whether a permit is needed, and it does not request one for you.

  6. 6 Restricted categories

Activations for alcohol, tobacco or vapes, medicines or supplements, gambling, political campaigns cannot be planned here. Contact VIICIO Company directly.
