Privacy policy

Your activation plan stays on your phone. This policy covers the VIICIO Activation Plan app. The planner on this website works the same way: it keeps your plan in this browser and opens your own email app to send it.

04

The activation plan you prepare

An activation plan holds your brand, the product or promotion, the objective, the points, dates and shifts, the tasks, the materials, a loudspeaker spot and the estimate. The plan you are working on and the plans you save stay on your phone.

05

Points, dates and shifts

Points have a type, a name or address, or the comunas of a route, and the status of the venue authorisation or permit as you record it. The app does not decide whether a permit is needed.

09

Where your data is stored

Everything you enter is stored in the app's private storage on your phone, in a database other apps cannot read.

Android backup is turned off for the app, so this data is not copied to a cloud backup.

No account, no cloud copy

13

Sending a plan by email

14

Calling us

When you tap Call, the app opens your phone app with our number filled in. A call does not transmit the plan.

Sharing or copying a plan
